Melanie is one of the most genuine and eager educators I have ever met. Melanie makes it her mission each day to ensure that not only the children in her care are eager to learn and have fun, but also the educators who she spends so much time getting to know, motivating and challenging. Melanie is always looking into ways the service can be better and has shared her passion for the learning environment with the team, redesigning the senior outdoor space and utilizing our local community for collecting recyclable items to share with the children. Melanie is always looking into different avenues our service can collaborate with the community and recently started a project with her preschoolers writing letters to the local retirement home.
