Caz dedicates herself to getting to know each student and what they need from her. She takes time to regonize their strethgs and what they need to work on. She is our school float, so she has to get to know 55+ students! She is there when teachers need help, she has amazing ideas for curriculum and ideas on how to help each child. She puts the children first, is flexible and really believes in emergent curriculum. Caz knows that children learn through play and is there to support them.
